Happy Birthday Eric!

Monday, July 23rd was Eric's 26th birthday. It was fun to be with family and get to celebrate with everyone. On Sunday Eric's mom made a wonderful brisket dinner with mashed potatoes, rolls and the famous Jack Stack's baked beans. Then we finished up the night with Eric's favorite Oreo Cake. For his actually birthday he got to go to the Kennecott Copper Mine, Swimming, and to the Rodeo. It made for a great birthday. I just wanted to make note that we did celebrate Eric's b-day and that we love him lots!:)
