900 miles + 3 days + 4 Kids + Hershey, PA + Amish Country + NYC + West Point = Fun Family Vacation
Last Thursday we headed out for a fun family vacation. Our friends the Christensen's had invited us to go to NYC with them and so we decided to do it and add on a couple of other stops while we were at it.
1st stop=Hershey,Pennsylvania
Thursday night we arrived at our hotel around 9:30pm. The kids were very excited to all be sleeping in the same room. The next morning we ate the continental breakfast and watched "Kung Fu Panda". We were disappointed because the pool didn't open until 10am. At 10am we met up with my friend Linsy and her family, who have recently moved to Hershey for residency. We saw their place and visited and then head to Hershey Chocolate World for the FREE chocolate tour. It is only about 10 minutes long, but the kids loved it and talk about it every day.
After the tour we each picked out a treat to have after our lunch at Wendy's.
